The last Tuesday Night Race of the season is always the super lap around Deep Cove as the light is fading, and this year was no exception. It was a stunning night, at one point the sky and the water were both pink it was beautiful.
The race was SO close between Mike Fitzmaurice and Reid Carter’s double vs Chris Dobrovolny’s single, and the double pipped the single by .6 of a second. 79 other racers fell in behind them, and it was awesome to see so many people out for the race.
And then we all went to the Raven! Thanks so much to all of you for coming out, it was a really fun night and we totally filled the place! It is just the best thing to look around and see all you guys hanging out, chatting, sharing experiences and celebrating each other. It is one of the things that we all take as a real privilege to be able to work with you and say thank you!
A special HUGE thanks to the Raven for putting us up at fairly short notice, and for being so accommodating, it has been an awesome relationship over the years and we will miss the Crawfords who have now sold the business. Stay tuned to see where we’ll go next year!
