Rolling is the best way to recover from a capsize. Through a proven progression of exercises and activities our instructor will help you understand the movement and technique required to roll your kayak. Instructor to student ratio is kept low at 1:3 to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.
Skills taught in this lesson include:
- Breakdown of the roll into multiple parts
- Drills to practice paddle movement, body movement and boat movement
- Multiple rolling styles can be introduced
Deep Cove Kayak reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
In the event of a cancellation by Deep Cove Kayak, the program will be rebooked or a full refund will be issued.
