Reservations allowed up to one week in advance. FREE if you want to bring your own board and join in the paddle.

Check in from 6pm for 6.30pm start.
The paddle usually goes for about 2 hours, weather and light dependent.
What to Bring
Dress for the weather! Be prepared to be active and comfortable. We do push you out from the beach once you are in your boat and bring you back in, but do be prepared to get wet.
insulating long sleeved non-cotton top and bottoms, water bottle, towel, and a change of clothes for after your paddle.
secure wet footwear, non-cotton toque or brimmed hat, sunscreen, sunglasses with strap.
Wetsuits and paddling tops are available on request at no charge.
Please be aware that we have limited space at our shop. Please leave valuables at home or in your vehicle, or bring along a drybag.
What is Provided
All board rentals include paddle, PFD, whistle and leash. Additional equipment can be rented or provided upon request.
Due to the high volume that our facility handles, it is highly recommended that you reserve your boards ahead of time.

When to Arrive
Once you’ve reserved your boards, please arrive with plenty of time to park and check in at 6.30pm. Parking in Deep Cove is free but limited so please arrive extra early to find parking, especially on busy summer days.
All paddlers must sign a waiver prior to renting from us. Anyone under the age of 19 must have a Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Every Monday night, stand up paddleboarders (SUP’ers) of all ages and abilities come together in Deep Cove for a relaxed, semi-guided SUP group paddle to practice their techniques and hang out with friends in the beautiful sheltered waters of Indian Arm.
Our experienced volunteers can offer guidance on paddling techniques and an easy to paddle short route. SUP’s can be rented from us, or bring your own!
